Hi, I wanted to answer to the question:
“I wonder if the effects of the Matcha are compromised by cooking it?”

Rule of thumb: any temperature above the prep (80° and more) could damage the effects of Matcha tea. Especially baking – if you make a matcha cookie or brownie or cupcake, its for the great taste, not so much for the health benefits.

Good news: anything cooler than 80°C is fine – tea, home made iceream, sorbets, desserts and much more.

I wonder if the effects of the Matcha are compromised by cooking it? It would be interesting to know. I guess you are pretty much still ingesting the same quantity if taken as a drink.

I like the flags and colour theme!
