For cupcakes you must check out Kara's Cupcakes (the filled passionfruit one is amazing) and That Takes The Cake. The latter is my personal favourite for the names like "Prom Queen". Can't remember where they're located, which is a bit lame of me, but I'm sure one of your many guidebooks will have all the details. San Fran is amazing, you will have an awesome time. It doesn't have the same glam "wow factor" as LA but I like the more low-key feel. Not sure how nature-y you are but you can do an exhausting-but-worth-it day trip from there to Yosemite National Park. Enjoy! x Hello!
